Mentorship Program

Our Instructional Designer Mentorship Program is a dynamic initiative designed to support aspiring and current Instructional Designers in advancing their careers.

Once joining is approved, mentees are paired with experienced mentors who will provide industry guidance + support, including strategy, designing effective learning experiences, mastering instructional technology, and navigating the curriculum development landscape..

Our program (IDMP) includes one-on-one mentoring sessions,,  practical workshops, summary sessions,  problem/solve scenarios, growth seminars, office hours,

and networking opportunities.
